Each week Rock 106.1 highlights a different song with The Buzz Cut. Then during the Friday Work Release Program Kotter puts that song to The Blender Test. He plays it one more time and then the listeners of Rock 106.1 call in a vote. If they don't like the song the CD gets tossed into the blender and gets turned into a rather harsh smoothie.
